How Coaching Works

Steps to Your Child Feeling Like A Star!

  1. Contact me to set up your free consultation.

  2. Set up a time with me for your youth's coaching to begin

  3. Complete the Kids Life Coach Client Contract and click Submit

  4. Pay safely and conveniently for the first coaching session

  5. When the session time arrives, I will contact you by the agreed-upon method (Facetime, What's App, in-person house calls in my area, etc.) for your youth's coaching to begin!

Free Consultation

Kids’ Life Coach provides a free, initial 15-minute consultation session or call with the parent to explain what my coaching will entail. After that, each session lasts 60 minutes and costs $125.​ At the end of the initial 15-minute consultation, the parent arranges a session time for the coach and youth, then reads and submits the Client Contract. Payment must be made before the upcoming session begins. At the agreed-upon session time, I will contact you.

Session Breakdown Options for Younger Youth

At the agreed-upon time, the parent calls the coach at the given number. The session includes:

  • First 15 minutes: Parent, coach, and youth identify and review goals

  • Next 40 minutes: Youth and coach, life coaching

  • Last 5 minutes: Parent, coach, and youth review the call and the plan

Session Breakdown Options for Older Youth

  • 60 minutes: Life coaching with coach and youth

  • Coach sends a follow-up text to parents and youth of a general synopsis of the session

Parent-to-Coach Calls 

Requests for parent calls to the coach are available to offer optional strategies, support, and clarification in between sessions if needed. Extra sessions are pro-rated at $30.00 for each 15-minute increment.

Coaching Duration

I will follow what works best for you and your family as far as number of sessions scheduled, and when they are scheduled. Most families use coaching once a week to every two weeks. As time goes on, sessions can decrease to maintenance sessions or even on an as-needed basis if something important comes up. Some families continue with coaching long-term to assist their youth in navigating life.

Payment Options

Payments are made online with a credit card through PayPal or through Venmo. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card, but the credit card processing will be handled by PayPal. PayPal has state-of-the-art security and is trusted by millions of people and businesses around the world (click here for more info). You will receive a receipt at the time of the charge.
